Shipping Policy
It takes up to 4 business days to process an order if the item is in stock. Orders ship via First Class Mail with a tracking number. Standard shipping durations apply once product leaves our warehouse. If you would like to make an inquiry about the shipping and handling of your item, please contact us.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at store@thehopeline.com to receive instructions on how to return your shirt or bracelet for an exchange. Exchanges will only be processed for a different size. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We will not accept exchanges after the 30 day period. No returns are accepted.
In order to process your exchange, please contact us at store@thehopeline.com and indicate what you’re returning and why with specific details. You’ll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping and handling cost in non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which you received, with no signs of wear or laundering. If we deem the returned item(s) is not in the original condition received, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
